Offered health plan but never sent out any plan info and made three withdrawals from checking account, ripoff

I received a call from Advantage America offering health plan and other benefits.

They withdrew $49.95, $299.95, and $19.95 from my checking account, but I never received any package.

When I tried to call I didn't get an answer.
