So my friend used my CC to sign up for TruGenix Hoodia and never recieved the product, called to cancel, asked about cancelling eCurvesClubhouse, and the representative said "Oh I'll do it for you"
Just last week, they charged me for eCurvesClubhouse. I called to dispute, the lady said that their representatives "aren't liars" which I assume was her way of calling me a liar about it. Then on Friday for some reason I get signed up for eCurvesClubhouse (they sent me a letter and all when I did NOT sign up) so I go online and cancel, then TODAY I get charged (three days after i cancel). Then the lady on the phone is very unhelpful, she says that my friend's account was NOT cancelled.
She had given my friend a bogus login name on Friday, then I called back to confront her about it and then she said "Oh I gave you the wrong one" and gave me another username. I cancelled that one for my friend and then today she says that "Oh your friend's account is actually another number and has NOT been cancelled".
How many accounts did they make for my friend? How many accounts did they make for me? I am completely upset at their unethical business practices. I want my two charges of $28.97 refuned immediately.
