I wanted my husband to stop smoking. I seen an ad that said free trial pay only 3.00 for shipping. I did not even finish the info on the website and decided not to do it. I should have deleted everything but I just exited out. The next day my husband gets a phone call from a rep of Cigarrest asking questions about our interest in the product.
When all was said and done she was sending him a trial packet and it would only cost 3.00. She said if I wanted to cancel any future orders I could call a 800 number.
I recieved the packet and really didn't pay attention to the quanity because I had already paid the 3.00 dollars. I called and canceled any future orders an asked staight out I will not be billed for anything else right? Naturally the answer was No you will not.
Well I really did'nt think anything about it until I look at my bank online and my account is overdrawn. I live paycheck to paycheck and that 99.83 was not in my budget. Same story enough said.
The customer service dept was far from helpfull and I got the same runaround as everyone else. It's a really good thing I am not in Calafornia. I will help anyone who wants to go after them.
