Cigarrest offered to help you stop smoking with a 30 day supply of mint gum and some High Potency Multivitamins and Minerals called Vita Guard and a compact disc explaining how to stop smoking. They included on their advertisement that it is a $39.95 value absolutely free and all you had to pay for is shipping and handling charge.
It was also disclosed that if for any reasons you are not satisfied with the product after 30 days to call their number and cancel future orders and you may still keep the initial order. I have called their toll free number several times to cancel and repeatedly they stated your future orders have been cancelled.
Cigarrest continues to charge $108.09 and $112.04 to my bank account. I have even told my bank to block future charges from this company and they still manage to take out the funds. On your bank statements charges states, "Checkcard BR *Cigarrest" with different purchase order numbers and toll free number 8007929079 and the number directs you to they're phone service system somewhere in California.
I need help, there must be someone or something out there to help consumers get back their money.
