When I determined the product did not work for me, I attempted to reach them by phone which took some doing... When I finally reached them to stop the supply from being shipped and asked them to allow me to return the latest shipment (which had just arrived and was still in the envelope) they basically implied it was my tough luck. I have had occassion to buy health products on line in the past and my experience has been that most companies truly care about customer satisfaction. These people were rude, blunt and seemed to only care about the almighty buck. It is my opinion that the product is overpriced and not effective at all. This is not a user friendly company and I would suggest avoiding them and their products...
