On 251205 I placed an order for an instock lace front wig, to ship USPS express mail 2-5 days after payment.
The nextday I received an email confirmation that they received the request.
Later that same day I received another email receipt that stated Payment type: AUTHNET
PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF PAYMENT.
I logged into my cc and the charge had been applied to:
Celebrity Hair4u.com. Had I known it was that company I would have moved right along. Another aka. Dang!
I didn't expect any activity until after the new year.
I called on the 2nd of January to see if they were back from holiday. The woman stated she just returned on the 1st and would ship on the 3rd which I found odd because the site says the order will be processed 2-5 days after receipt of payment.
At this point I wasn't in a hurry, I just wanted to know if they were back and an approximate ship date.
Mind you my cc was billed on 261205, which is somewhat unusual as most companies only bill upon shipping in stock merchandise.
Only custom made pieces are understandably billed ahead, to start the process.
I emailed the company regarding another product and received a response within a few hours, unsigned. Needless to say they're not responding anymore and I've already begun the process with my cc company as my curiosity to see if they would amend their previous behavior has waned.
Be so Aware, apparently anyone can get a business license.
I purchased a wig from myindianhair.com a couple of years ago and bought a membership, they never emailed or mailed a member # or membership card and I had to hound them for the gift set that was part of the memership.
When they finally sent the gift set it arrived as unlabled products spilled all over the box.
That was enough for me, I wrote off the membership purchase as a lesson learned and moved on with no further contact.
Ironically several months later they sent me a double "we miss you" coupon, not because they did but because they're poor record-keepers.

Earlier last year I saw a lace front on the website Celebrityhair4u.com $900.00, when I checked my cc statement there was a charge for $900.00 for myindianhair.com!
So I called them and they were sooo rude, but admitted Celebrity was the parent company and that the 20 percent discount I purchased with myindianhair.com wouldn't apply.
So you can see these people are in business to keep money not customers.
Avoid Avoid Avoid at all costs.
