Dr Tidmore rewrites charts and shreds the original so she can rip off medical insurance. She writes in procedures she doesn't preform. She needs to be checked out. I reported her to the State of Tennessee for a big misdiagonis and the State went in but they gave her plenty of warning and my charts was changed.
