I too am a victim. I received my trial product in March, and my 3 month supply in April, then cancelled in May.
On August 2, another shipment arrives, contacted the web for refund, am told impossible, cancelled further shipments again (this time I have contact person, confirmation number and an 800 number that DOES NOT WORK).
Contacted my bank, but without documented information of cancellation done in May, my chances of recovery are nil.
