Immediately after enrolling in this program I began trying to cancel because the pills cannot be taken by nursing mothers; I emailed and called several times only to reach answering machines and get no response on my emails.
Finally a month and a half later I reached a customer service rep. And received a cancel confirmation. A month later I received my bill and was charged again; when I called back the guy that answered told me I had called too late to cancel for that month but it would be canceled, I asked if I could send the shipment back and get a refund and he was rude and said he would not credit my account under any circumstances.
I just received my credit card statement with yet another charge from UltraLife and I am so MAD.
