I am reporting ultralife because i tried to call them they would not answer their phones i would get answering machines. I was charged for a product i could not use i tried to return the unopened package they would not accept it. The sample I signed up for did not work so I ddid not need another. THen when i finally got a hold of someone i could not return but able to cancel and did not get my 45 dollars back.
Then a week or so later i was charged another 24 dollars so i tried to call again and find out why. There was a fitness program that needed to be cancelled i was not told this i believed everything was cancelled. I never used this program. Did not know about it tried to again ask for a refund due to my not knowing. Again they told me WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS.
I feel this is wrong and should state things more clearly and return their calls or have a better answering system. Also their product did not work for me i actually gained weight. That is why i cancelled the product and tried to return it and the fitness program i have one at work so i did not need theirs and pay for something i do not use.
