I ordered a free trial from Ultralife PM for a total of 4.95. I canceled my membership before the month was over and then the next month I had a charge of 46.90. So I emailed them and to no surprise they didn't return my email. I emailed quite a few time but with no response.
I then received another charge the next month for 44.90 and I immediately called them and I was put on hold waiting for a representative. Then I was disconnected and I called again and the same thing.
Then I received another charge this month for the 44.90. I have again started calling again with no response. I am at my wit's end with this company. If anyone can give me suggestions on how to get my money back
