Alan Rosenfeld's office broke a tooth during a routine dental checkup. The tooth was fine and had no problems until one of Rosenfeld's dentist stuck a dental pick into a porcelain buildup and pryed it loose from the tooth. It made a loud crack as the pick was twisted and pryed againt the procelain.
Although it didn't completely fall apart then as it took another year for the porclain to crack all the way through. I asked Arundel Dental Arts Center to fix it without mentioning that the last dentist had broken it. Because a whole year had gone by and the dentist had moved on. The buildup was repaired paper thin, and inbetween the teeth jagged barbs were left that ripped my floss to pieces.
It was a ten minute job that wasn't completed or polished, and I was told that this was also the dentist's last day. The next day the porelain repair crumbled out of my mouth. The dentist had told the receptionist to cap it if falls apart again.
Now I reported this to CIGNA's high school level dental insurance agents. They told me you'll have to get it approved first before it's fixed. I left Arundel Dental Arts Center to get it done right. After all there hasn't been any changes in the tooth since it was first broken in an auto accident 40 years ago. Once or twice a dentist removed what was there to apply an improved product over the years. So the first dentist I see say's he can't do it, and that if he does it's just gonna fall back out again?
Well I said let me up out of here I'll find a dentist who isn't playing Alan Rosenfeld's little games. Apparently Arundel Dental Arts Center is black balling me with the help of CIGNA's high school level dental agents. You must call CIGNA and pre-approve dental visits. These dental agents speak with both bad and broken english, and words that are badly mispronounced over the phone.
Alan Rosenfeld has black listed me with other dentist offices, and I want some help getting this tooth repaired how it was, and not capped. Besides my two upper front teeth are now capped thanks to Arundel Dental Arts Center who did a very bad job as both caps are leaking and sensitive, and I also lost a tooth that was capped. I just can't believe the entire dental world has flipped upside down over night like this for any reason, yet I'm hearing lots of other complaints all around about today's bad dentistry.
