I once ordered some weight-loss medications from this company several years ago, thinking it would be easier to go through them than through Kaiser (cost was about the same, but this was seemingly much more convenient since I wouldn't be required to attend a class).
What a mistake! Since then, they have filled my e-mail box with SPAM and have contacted me by phone at work, twice (even though the first time they called I specifically asked them in no uncertain terms to never call me at work or send me SPAM e-mails again). I can always tell the source of the SPAM e-mails because I had ordered the medications to come to my friend's house with a "c/o Jane Doe" line - and that is exactly how their SPAM comes addressed. If I try to unsubscribe, I only get more e-mails addressed that way.
Their SPAM e-mails always come with this bold-faced lie at the bottom:
"Disclaimer: All E-Mail sent is 100% in compliance with Federal Law (Can Spam Act). OUR Member, you have received this e-mail to inform you of updates, changes to the our service, or news, information, goods and services from our Partners. Our policy has always been to send e-mail messages only to announce such information, and we'll continue to honor this policy. Thank you for being a valued member. To unsubscribe, please follow instructions below which will remove you from the master data base. If you wish to call us - 1-866-274-0931 87840 N.W., 63rd Avenue Miami, FL 33166 USA"
They do not put their name on the e-mails so it is difficult to identify who they are. I had to do an internet search of the phone number to find their current names (though the address comes up differently), and came up with several other names, but I only listed the names whose links are still valid. It was previously reported on this website under "BuyFirstClassDrugs.com".
These people will not stop harassing me and I'd like to take some kind of action against them for invasion of my privacy.
