NXL21 This company is harrassing me. On multiple occasions I have "Unsubscribed" to their spam e: mails but I keep getting messages. I have copied the US Gov SPAM e: mail address on multiple occassions and

Despite my "Unsubscribing" to their SPAM e: mails, this company continues to send me unwanted solicitations. I've even copied their management team as well as the government's SPAM e: mail address but nothing works - they keep sending me unwanted spam e: mails.

Is there someone I can contact in North Carolina to discuss this on-line harrassment?
