They are a rip off, I placed an order, back in March, they processed and took my money right away, and I have never heard one word since and cannot get a response

I placed an order with this so called company. They took my money off my credit card in the amount of close to a hundred dollars. All my order status ever said was processing and it would be ready to be shipped soon. It was never shipped, they never responded to one of my emails or requests for assistance even their site claimed all queries would be answered within twelve hours.

I do not know what to do to get my money back. I feel very frustrated and angry and used.
