I had bad experience with epharmacist.com in april. I ordered a product and they sent wrong order, I called them and they said keep it and they would deduct $30.00 off amount or fedex would come back to pickup and they would send corrected order. Fedex came to pickup 7 days later and i never received corrected product or credit ($165.00) to my credit card. I have tried numerous times to contact them, email, phone and to no avail. My credit card company is investigating and i still cannot get in contact with epharmacist.com or prescription billing.com. How could this company that was rated so high for a online pharmacy get away with this? #791032106905
