Just want to know from those who have chosen not to pay, if Bally has actually seized bank accounts or property, as suggested by someone in this forum who claimed used to work for a collections agency. Those bastards never told me it was a "LOAN", which I personally think it's stupid to get a loan to join a health club. Had they actually given me the time to read through that damn contract, I would have never joined. But the rep was pushing it and shoving it so fast and making so many promises of good customer care and blah, blah, blah that I was stupid enough to fall for it.
Well, if it ruins my credit, fine... Whatever, it's not perfect anyway, but I am not going to pay my hard earning money for a service I have not used in many months. I agreed to an instructor but once a month and this idiot kept giving me appointments every time I wanted to attend. He show me a different routine the 4 times I went and didn't even give me the chance to practice them.
Then he was giving out a sob story that he had to get clients to upgrade or he'd lose his job. I actually almost fell for it had it not been for my friend that changed the subject. I stopped using it bc I got pregnant but have been paying for it nonetheless. I recently moved but w/a baby it's hard to jugle a job, a child, a husband and on top time to workout. Maybe for a pro mom is not hard but since it's my first, it's a struggle for me. And I have to live 25 miles w/in distance in order to have my membership cancelled.
Well I don't live w/in 25 miles since there seems to be a damn invasion of Ballys all over this town. However, I do live far enough to where I can't drive to the nearest one bc we only have one car and my husband uses it. Of course, they don't care about that.
