I have been ripped off, this company has not returned any of my e-mails, when I try to call they never answer, it is just an answering machine. This company gets you in a little trap where if you agree to pay for the trial offer of their tooth whitening product for $6.95, they have your number and they can charge your card for $89.97.
I am not rich, I cancelled my membership, never heard anything from any of their representatives, that I was promised would get back to me, and now I am out of almost $100.00 because I agreed to try this product that literally burns my gums. When I asked why I have not even received the product if there is no refund I never got an answer for that either.
I am not one to fall into these rip-off companies, but I thought this one was legitimate. Obviously I was wrong.
What can be done about this, I cannot afford to lose this kind of money? -
