Better Business Bureau gives them an "F" rating
Appera Whitening rips people off. They offer a free sample with shipping and handling only charge and then turn around and bill you 89.97 for more product you have no intention of ordering.
I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of LA. Their company rating for Appera Whitening is a big fat F.
Out of all the complaints received by the Better Business Bureau regarding Appera Whitening only one individual received a full refund. Four compaints were setteled as refused to adjust, relying on terms of aggreement. 54 complaints to the BBB went completely unanswered by Appera Whitening. Gee, what a surprise!
I am currently working with my bank to dispute this charge on my account. This will mean cancelling my debit card and filing paperwork. This is a hassle, but I think it's worth it. Companies like Appera Whitening need to be shown up to the public for the Fraudulent Scam Artists they really are.
