Ripoff to minors. My daughter was caught by their pop-ups. She is only 16 and they ripped her off $89.00 when they told her it would cost 0.89 cents

My daughter is 16 years old and has been scammed by this company. They sent through computer pop-ups that she could give them 0.89cents and she would get a free sample of their teeth whitening product. She gave out her credit card information to them and they took $89.00 from her account that same day. She only makes $5.50 per hour on weekends and goes to school full time. They should be ashamed for taking her money. We can't get through to anyone in the company to get her money back. We have sent back the items in the mail, but no credit of her account.
