I sent photos of befores and afters all during the good and received good reports from Biotech.
I completed the job within the agreed dates. All work and all decisions during job were approved. The broker (so I was told) did not like the work. The broker wanted all carpet replaced.
I waited about three weeks and drove by the house. All of my original work is in place, painting, carpet and tile. The house is listed on Yahoo realestate as 501 wuthering hills janesville at $92,000.
