Complaint:
I ordered lipoban on 9/28/04 after receiving an advertisement about it in the mail. I ordered enough pills so that I could lose my 75 unwanted pills. I then received another letter offering me a compliment pill called carboban. I then ordered that on 10/6/04. I also signed up to get paid $50 upon completing a 30 day trial in which I recorded all my experiences with the pills. I completed my first 20 with no weight loss effects, so then I called the company. They told me before I returned my order for the full refund as advertised, I would have to complete the entire 30 days of the experiment with recording my results to earn my promised $50. I did so, obtained a notirized signature on my journal of events and sent the 2 pictures. I sent all the remaining pills and experiment requirements to the address they provided. My delivery confirmation slip said they received my package on November 19th. I then emailed them on the 22nd of November to see if they could tell me when my credit card would be refunded. I received no answer. I went back on their website on the 4th of December and emailed them to ask why they hadnt responded.
Today the 7th of December I went back on their website, emailed them and tried to call ALL phone numbers they have listed and ALL OF THEIR PHONE NUMBERS ARE DISCONNECTED! There is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY of getting in contact with them and I did not receive my refund or the $50 promised to me for completing my experimental journal. I want my money refunded plus the $50 I was promised. I am due to receive $155.75 back and then the additional $50 on top of that. Not to mention the fact that they have no toll free customer service number and so I have been racking up long distance minutes trying to reach them. Please help me to stop them from taking my money and obviously pulling up shop by disconnecting all lines of communication.

I want my $155.75 refund back as promised seeing their product did not work. I also want the $50 I was promised for completing a journal detailing my progress (or lack of) on their product. I have a notary who witnessed this journal's completion who also saw the required before and after pictures. I want my money back immediately!
