Rapid Screenings Center charged me $750 for lab services that were never rendered. I was never provided options for cheaper services and never provided information regarding return or cancellation policies. Upon trying to cancel the charge with my bank I was informed that the charges could not be disputed until the payment was processed. Coincidentally, when the merchant was contacted by the bank, they said that with their policy, the charge would have had to been cancelled prior to payment processing, so essentially there was no way for me to dispute the charge. Additionally when speaking with the merchant about a refund for services never rendered, I was informed that the policy contains a 35% "restocking fee" for lack of a better term. All I ever received was a prescription in email with no receipt of payment or any additional info. This company is shady and uses deceptive business practices.
