I've spoken with Daniel Sheps on three occasions to request a refund for services cancelled before starting. Refund requested as of May 28 still has not been processed. Was told a check was sent out to me, which has not been delivered and they would place a stop payment.in my e-mail and verbal conversation with Daniel I, explicitly stated to refund back to my VISA.
On each occasion, he is looking into it with Accounting department. Today is June 10, still no refund. Sounds like deceptive practices to me!
