Wellstar Urgent care at North Cooper Lake, Cobb County
Longer that 2 hour wait while new arrivals walk through

I called this facility at 10am and I was told that the wait time for treatment was 45minutes. Nobody mentioned that I could make a reservation so that I could just saunter in and receive immediate attention. We waited over two hours and someone walked in and was seen within 15 minutes of her arrival. That's when I learned about the reservation, rudely, from the receptionist. My baby girl was still running a fever.By all appearances, the adult that was seen immediately seemed quite healthy and stable, chatting on her phone. I found this system extremely unfair. Please let people know that they can make reservations but also ignoring someone who has been there for over two hours? That's just wrong.
