On 11/3 I purchased $800 worth of eyeglasses that were not proper prescription from store #108. I complained and they attempted to resolve this. I returned on 12/10 to find no improvement. With further complaints, the manager and salesperson stated there was nothing else they could do. On 1/10 I wrote to the company headquarters with no response. I called their corporate office and got no return call. On 12/18 I sent another letter to the company CEO Mr. R Cohen and again no response. Apparently
They find it fashionable to abuse the visually impaired with inferior optical products and refusal to provide customer service.
