Their product Longitude is useless. They were charging 2 of my credit cards, I gave them my second credit card number as they claimed 1st one did not go through. They sent me 5 shipments of Longitude which I have returned, 4 of them unopened almost a month ago but they have not credited my accounts. They have 2 phone numbers and they are always busy.
