The Story:

I was referred to this criminal, by a greedy M. D (Dr. Dana Forte) whom directly employed and rented space to "Dr." Sam D. Colarusso. With absolutely no ailment or injury that warranted chiropractic care in any remote regard.

This sealed my fate to fall victim to a greater doom than any person should. As her employee chiropractor severely injured me during what was to be my first chiropractic adjustment.

The criminal assault with the "white coat mafia" immunity perpetrated by Dr. Sam D. Colarusso June 17th after NOT seeing him at the original appointment of June 15th due to him leaving the office:
I had no idea what to expect or had known chiropractors manipulate your spine. I told Sam D. Colarusso I had no pain, was fine. He stated to be proceeding with what he called "a general alignment".

He took no notes, he took no tests, forget x-rays like reputable chiropractors - not even my basic weight or height was examined.
