Lipoban placed an advertisement in the Sacramento Bee Newspaper for this weight loss product.in the advertisement they claim a money back gaurantee if you are not satisfied with the product.
I sampled one bottle (appx. $70.00) and found the product did not do what the company claimed it would. I called the company for information regarding the gaurantee. They directed to another office with another phone number, 861-862-0541. This office directed me to send the used container along with the first 12 digits of the credit card used to pay for it.
A few weeks later, I recieved a letter saying to follow through with transaction my signature was required. I completed this and have heard nothing in the past month. When calling the compnay phone numbers I have discovered they have been disconnected.
This company appears to be nothing but fraudulent. I would like my money back as promised and I want all personal and payment information deleted from their records after this.
My consumer complaints is not the first for Lipoban. Please help hold this company accountable for their dishonest actions.
