I bought a model of Rosetta Stone many years ago. I experienced the program one after which off an on I tr4ied togo through it again, however it mentioned performing up, displays heading empty, reducing classes off in the centre etc, to the stage that it had been difficult to carry on.
I fixed it apart and attempted again acouple of occasions. I recently named their customer support. They don't provide assistance anymore. They don't actually provide ways of follow myself that may repair it, or others to demand aid. Very little. I don't notice everywhere that I'll not have the ability to get support with this particular following a particular period. The disks have been in ideal form, and that I haven't actually gotten through them the 2nd period. QWhat are we designed to do, invest countless bucks simply to need to toss them because they age only a little. The thing they'd do was market me a brand new one. Not really application assistance!?
