A recent review of my mobile phone bill showed that I had been billed by 2waymobile for 2 units at a cost of $20.00. I had never authorized this charge and don't use text messagiong. It amazes me that I could have ever taken the steps to authorize this charge. When I spoke to the customer service I was told that they would put in a credit request for me to be reimibursed. Has anyone ever received a refund from them?
