I was shocked upon reviewing my billing from my communication provider, Rogers! I found out a $30.00 charge from a third Party which is your Company dated Mar 22. And then again on May 20 for $ 5.00. Rogers advice me to call you guys and ask what it is all about. I did not understand your explanation then because you tried to make a hocus focus explanation! Please refund me for $35.00 the amount may mean of no value to you but for a poor guy like me it means a day of earnings. Life is hard. Please refund me.
