I had been designed to obtain a free down-load for Adobe Reader. I did so obtain a free down-load or any download but I had been billed a charge of $70.80 on my charge card. I don't have Adobe Reader. I can't start any documents that I attempted to down-load. I don't have any new application. I've nothing. I'd just like a reimbursement for several costs. The only real info I had been provided was this site along with a phone number. It was directed at me by my charge card sompany.
