I renewed my antivirus on Feb. 11. Since I am on dialup I could not download the program. I notified tech support and was told to download somekind of Accelerator Plus which did nothing to help. I asked for a refund and was told that since it was past 30 days (as I had gone away on vacation in the middle of this mess) that I could neither redownload or get a refund. I sent all the correspondence and received an email from someone named Byron GO that they usually tell dial up customers that they have to purchase the cd in order to use - which I was not told. He said I would be receiving a cd in 5-7 days. Have heard or seen nothing for 2 months. I just noticed that they also acknowledged my order and said since I agreed (which I did NOT)_to automatic update and billing each year, that they would bill my credit card when it needs renewing— so now I'll be paying for absolutely NOTHING forever? How does this company get away with this deception and how do I get my money back and rid myself of them? I will go back to Norton - it works!
