Only 30 min to cancel order on line - panasonic dvd

I paid for a dvd player through pay pal and wrong card was used called target to cancel and re-order with different credit card would not let me because i did not cancel in 30 min my recommendation do not order anything from Target on line they don't even want to help you fix this problem.
