Target.com SUCKS! I have a Target credit card and hoped to use it online for a shower gift. I went online. Mistake #1. The site wouldn't recognize my name, email address, Target credit card number, etc. (I was later told it was because I hadn't used the card in a a year! Who knew?)
I called the 800 number, ordered the $400 item, received an email about when it would be delivered and how to track the order. Close to time for delivery, I tried to track the order. Mistake #2
AGAIN, the website wouldn't recognize my email address, even though Target had used it on my order!!! AND it wouldn't recognize the order number... The order number TARGET had assigned! I had to call and find out where the order was.
Mistake #3... Ever ordering from Target again. Done... Too many other places to order that are way easier to use.
