Bad Customer Experience
I have a Brother all in one that gobbles up ink. I was so looking forward to refilling their cartridges. Before I bought, I read the directions provided by a PDF document. The pictures were few and poor quality. I purchased the refill kit, unlimited technical support, and DVD fully expecting to watch a step by step how to demonstration.instead it was just the same PDF instructions with the same poor pictures and vague instructions, from their website. I went to Youtube in hopes of finding better, more complete instructions but no luck. So I proceeded and followed the instructions step by step using the thumb drills and syringes provided. No matter what I did the ink would not go in. I am a nurse and artist and feel comfortable using both syringes and ink. I called and only got a voicemail. I asked to be called back b technical assist and walked through the process, addressing the hurdles I encountered. I also sent a detailed email about the problems. They never called and only sent an email telling me that I am the only person to ever have this problem and that I just needed to follow the directions. Thanks for nothing. I wasted 4 hours en total with this to no avail. I will not use them ever again! I finally ended up getting these large ink cartridges from INK OWL that worked out great. The quality of the ink from refillbay was just adequate.
