B&M Racing, B And M, BMracing products missing instructions, poor customer service

Purchased a B&M "shift improver kit" for my Chrysler 727 transmission through Summit Racing on 7/23/06. The kit was missing critical directions. Contacted the company, they could only fax me directions (they don't have the capability to email them to me, what year is this?).

Got the faxed directions a week later, they to were missing critical instructions! B&M refused to do anything about it, though their tech verified that they were missing directions. I went ahead and installed the kit, only to find out that there were more instructions that were missing that I didn't realize. Went to their competitors web site (website redacted by ROR) they had directions for a similar (though much better) kit. Looking at their directions it looks like I will be dropping the valve body once again. The B&M directions do not tell you the correct placement of the check balls in the valve body (your suppose to leave one out, though they don't tell you what one!), I made an educated guess, looks like I was wrong.

I encourage you to avoid B&M products, go with TCI, they have instruction's that are easy to read and follow. With B&M your on your own. Poor customer service, poor quality of kit. Obviously these people have no quality control,
