I requested a-200 lb. Access Foyer Case in early September. The delivery costs were $230.00. Said to be "white-glove" support. After viewing the Monitoring from Memphis, Tennessee to someplace in Indianapolis I began to contact the only real figures they offered. Memphis Delivery stated after it quit them, they've NOTHING related to it! Therefore, I waited! After 2 more months of waiting I acquired a phone from Atlanta, GA attempting to routine the shipping for July 11th! I really couldnot think it! 2 more weeks??? The woman stated they just provide to my region every fourteen days!!! I informed her it'd been already over 2 months!!! She provided NO SUPPORT! I named Joss and Primary, they provided NO OTHER CHOICE! Therefore, I called back again to Atlanta where I had been guaranteed a shipping nowadays between 1 and 5 pm! Therefore, again, I waited it's today after 6 pm NO TELEPHONE CALL, NO SHIPPING, NO BODY AT ANY QUANTITY to obtain my furniture sent!!! What's my option??? Joss & Main possess a NUMBER RETURN POLICY! How handy for them!!! Dp
