Went to the Troy MI store with every intent of purchasing a food processor. Found one that I liked for $159. Only problem was that they didn't stock the item. The "sales clerk" didn't even bother trying to sell me something else. I went to Williams and Sonoma and got up-sold by another $100 for a different model. Not sure how you can run a business like that.
