This company is hopeless.
I gave them an order on April 21st.By 8th May I had received nothing so contacted them by e mail.

I received the reply 'We would just like to inform you that payment for order number 120421-144459-3739 has cleared. As all items are packed by hand please allow 5-6 working days for your order to be sent. For large orders (over 15 items) please allow 1-2 day extra.

Thank you for your patience.

On the 24th April I received 'Your goods have been shipped and will be with you today! Thank you for your custom and we hope to see you shopping with us again soon'

Since then I have rung them on the telephone many times. If they answered they blamed the Royal Mail for returning the package TWICE despite confirming they had the correct address and said they would despatch again.
To date (June 9th) I have received neither goods, explanation, refund or apology.
