"I requested an upholstered headboard that required 2 weeks to reach. The "white-glove" shipping men scratched my pine surfaces & incorrectly mounted the headboard therefore it appears like it's slipping over. I named the organization who requested anyone to come out & repair it, who proceeded to remain me-up 2xs... After I named about obtaining another person in the future out, I questioned concerning the surfaces & stated I never heard back about them. I had been really rudely informed the state have been shut and there is nothing I really could do about this. After requesting to talk to a supervisor, it arrived the men who scratched the ground stated that 1) the scores were currently there 2) I wouldnt permit them to get images. These would be the same men who bullied me after it just happened stating that I cant tell in it simply because they might enter difficulty because they are prohibited to maneuver furniture... Their shifting the table at the conclusion of the mattress scratched my surfaces. They shut the state centered on exactly what the men stated without actually calling me.
Meanwhile I requested a wall rack device that came crushed & a "silver" light that came a yellowed color.
Our envision of the organization being truly a respected & top end organization was incorrect!
