Your saleperson told me I had 30 days in which to return the mattress. My wife can't stand to sleep on it and when I called after 29 days, you refused to exchange it, claiming I had to have called within 21 days. You need to train your staff to provide accurate information. I was offered $600 credit. That's absurd for a $3000 mattress. I will gladly pay the difference and shipping for the next firmer mattress.
