I ordered living room furniture $ 2,500 worth in fairfield, N.J.in 1/11. Put delivery off to finish living room & match floors and paint. Have had 4 or 5 delivery dates so far and they give you the runaround. Talk to head person in customer service, (Edison) and how she got that job is beyond me. After talking to 4 people back and forth each one promising me something I still have no furniture! 5/2 She promised me she found a sofa (only thing missing from set) all other pieces were being held. Said she will call sat. Or sun. To let me know when can get. No call I call mon. And she says it it didnt come in with the PO surprise, surprise! Now after 2 more calls it is moved to 6/11! And guess what! Now their missing sofa and loveseat! I nearly had a nervous breakdown. Her solution come pick something else out! No compensation or anything. I asked for corporate and she told me only one person over her and he refers everything to her! They have to realize that people put a lot of effort into picking the perfect item that they have saved for for a long time. Their concern is a joke I dont see them in business much longe
