I bought a bed as well as other issues on Aug 1oth. It had been shipped on August 14th. The bed that I had been provided is difficult like a stone. The bed within the shop that I attempted was gentle along with a excellent mattress. It's mid-night and that I need to be conscious at 4 am but can't actually rest about the mattress I had been provided. I've never been more upset with support in my own life. I've not had one telephone call back from Conns. I'm simply advised to return and talk to another person 24 hours later. I'm informed the supervisors don't have any say-so in the things they may do about this. I simply don't understand what to complete. I'm not likely to purchase anything I can't use.
