I bought a brand new Stearns and Foster bed through the Bed King in Jonesboro. It had been shipped in a dull pickup and introduced into our new house with a child in oily shoes and trousers, which got onto our new rug. We were good, since the child was youthful and did not understand much better, simply doing his work. He shipped two new beds to the house that evening. The main one for the master suite seemed excellent but after one sleepless night, we understood instantly that there is an issue. On my part of the mattress was a large pit that my body sunk into. We named the shop 24 hours later plus they sent another child having a stay he set over the bed that "demonstrated to us" that nothing was wrong with this mattress. He informed us we're able to simply change our bed 1 / 4 change which may possibly create it feel much better!!! We stated we desired to return it. He explained difficult since we'd rested on it and we did not buy the unique address within the shop which allows one to return it. Easily within the shop, they requested us if we desired to buy the UNIQUE cove for the mattress-but didn't reveal when we did not our warrantly was emptiness. Anything is wrong here. Stearns and Foster can be a great organization of course if they're `they have to disassociate with Bed King. I'll NEVER buy another Stearns and Foster. It'll run you significantly to enter the Bed Master and create a purchase.
