I ordered a dining room set in February. GPF.com took my money immediately but I never received the set. Finally, in May, I got a delivery date... 3 months later! The truck came with only half of the 8 chairs I ordered. It is now mid July and the company STILL has not produced the other 4 chairs. This is 5 months now that I cannot sit my family down at the dining table. I am at a loss. I don't even want the set anymore because I feel cheated by this company. Any suggestions on recourse? I am considering packing it into a truck myself and delivering it directly to them and demanding a refund!
