Recliner broke after 3 years

I bought a couch from R&Y in June.in late February a club underneath the seat that pulls the footrest about the couch smashed. I named R&Y and recommended I'd the Jewelry Fix Program (Additional $60). They stated with the ideal these were acked up and put up a scheduled appointment for 3/31 or 30 days later / On 3/31 the fix repetition turned up using the wrong component. I had been recommended they return in 2 weeks. Three months have passed. I talked for them & recommended I required a Sunday delievery. I stated since I have've waited such a long time might they support me (you realize, the client) and deliver a fix repetition to my home this Saturday, 4/23. They stated the very best they are able to do is July (I suppose in 2011). And so I'll be resting in my own couch chair for just two more weeks with my toes on a folding seat. I'm going to be purchasing R&Y furniture again real quickly.
