Raymour and Flanigan offered us a $3000 couch. Shipping was imperfect, absent back cushions. We named customer support concerning the absent cushions, never heard back from their website. THE 2ND evening after I really had an opportunity to take a seat on the couch, I realized that the loveseat sank in close to the armrest. We named customer support, we were informed that somebody can come to correct it.

My spouse turned out, how will you send anyone to restore a couch which was shipped each day before and it is said to be completely new. They delivered an inspector who informed us they have had numerous difficulties with couch chairs going. The client service was horrible. I'd have instead bought a couch from the nearby mother and place store. No surprise businesses are getting from company.

Avoid them.
