Bought Host for $799 in December. Dining area host was shipped having a damaged doorway in middle- January. Third party restoration organization that Huffman Koos employs to repair their furniture found our house and may not repair the doorway about the host; customer support broker found our house and required 1 electronic picture; that repetition was dismissed 7 days later and image never delivered to Huffman. Another repetition arrived, rigged the doorway to repair it, got pictures.incorrect door was requested, subsequently furniture producer of the host which was within our home and damaged went of company. We didn't locate this out till April fifth (a few months latere!) you want to trade the present damaged host for more costly one; they'll not. WORST COMPANY EVER! Rude employees. 4-month experience!!!
